Alchemy Aftercare
We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and carefully. Every order is packed by hand and checked before leaving us.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days.
During busy periods launches or events processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated where possible.
Delivery services
We use the following services depending on parcel weight and order size.
• Royal Mail for parcels up to 2kg
• Courier services for parcels between 2kg and 10kg
• UPS for parcels over 10kg
The delivery service used will be selected automatically based on your order.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows.

Typically 2 to 5 working days
Courier services
Typically 1 to 3 working days
UPS
Typically 1 to 3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before payment is taken.
Tracking
Where available tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. This information can be found with in your order email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Delays and responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services couriers weather conditions or events outside our control.
If your order appears delayed please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.
Lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please contact us.
Once an order has been confirmed as lost in transit we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
We may need to allow the courier a reasonable period to investigate before confirming the parcel as lost.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photographs of
• The damaged item
• The outer packaging
This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Once damage has been confirmed we will offer a replacement or a full refund including delivery costs.
Our responsibility
Alchemy Aftercare is responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
This includes
• England
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Channel Islands
At this time we do not ship to the Republic of Ireland or to destinations outside the UK.
Northern Ireland
Orders shipped to Northern Ireland are supplied in accordance with applicable UK and Northern Ireland regulations.
There are no additional customs charges for Northern Ireland deliveries.
UK islands
Delivery to UK islands including the Isle of Man and Channel Islands may take slightly longer than mainland UK.
Any applicable delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
Future international shipping
We may introduce shipping to additional countries in the future. Any updates will be reflected in this policy.
