Alchemy Aftercare exists to support tattoo artists studios and clients with care that is calm responsible and grounded in respect.
We work with people from every background and we believe tattoo spaces should feel safe welcoming and professional for everyone.
This policy sets the tone for how we communicate who we work with and what we expect within our community.

We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment.
We aim to create a brand community where people are valued for who they are and where differences are respected.

Hate speech or demeaning language
Targeting people based on identity appearance or personal circumstances
Repeated unwanted contact or behaviour that makes someone feel unsafe

Sponsorship and trade relationships
If you are sponsored by Alchemy Aftercare or represent the brand in any way you are expected to uphold this standard.
Sponsorship is a reflection of trust. We choose relationships that feel safe respectful and aligned.
If behaviour goes against this policy we may pause or end a sponsorship or partnership.
This is not about punishment. It is about protecting clients artists and the wider community.

We will take concerns seriously and respond thoughtfully and fairly.
